Having a larger family and the need for a home office, I know that a 3 bedroom home is simply not large enough for me, and I'm sure not for a lot of growing families. Currently there are 19 homes for sale in Mill Valley that are at least 4 bedroom and below $2M. Some of these have been on the market for a good amount of time and ripe for negotiation.
